Changes

Implements attempt-aware resource scaling for heavy Snakemake rules, updates the wrapper to pass rule resources through to Slurm, and documents how baseline cluster.json resources interact with retry-based resources.gres scaling. It also fixes dry-run failure handling so a failed dry-run does not report success.

Issues

Closes #127.
