Even more data integration

This PR adds, extends and adjusts various python integration scripts, the reference SHACL data model as well as any written RDF files.

Here's a summary of the changes/modifications/bugfixes for each class:

Organisation

• Fix bug in schema:addressLocality
• Try to parse + split phone numbers (works 100% of the time most of the time)
• Use Zefix URIs instead of custom ones.

Product

• Add GHS codes.
• Add product category (including it's taxonomy).
• Add ingredients as blank nodes which themselves point to blank node quantitative values.

Indication

• Add application area
• Add cultivations
• Add pests
• Add application comment
• Add obligation (what is this, actually?)
• Add dosage
• Add expenditure
• Add waiting period

GHS codes

• Integrate GHS codes + taxonomy
• Fix the meaning of CodeS. These seem not to be the same as precautionary codes!?

Look very good. Integreated ingrediant ttl in products as discussed. Added ghs as well and adapted ontolgy.
