Change list

• Removes src/dailyTasks/dailyTasksStartupRefresh.service.ts entirely.
• Removes src/dailyTasks/enum/oldTaskNames.enum.ts entirely.
• Removes src/__tests__/dailyTasks/DailyTasksStartupRefreshService/startupRefresh.test.ts entirely.
• Removes the commented out block on src/dailyTasks/enum/serverTaskName.enum.ts.
• Same for src/dailyTasks/enum/uiTaskName.enum.ts.
• Removes any references/imports/the like on src/dailyTasks/dailyTasks.module.ts.
