Feature request: Remove dailyTasksStartupRefresh service #1018

What do you want to see in the API?

The dailyTasksStartupRefresh.service.ts should be removed entirely.

How do you think this should work?

Remove the following files entirely:

• src/dailyTasks/dailyTasksStartupRefresh.service.ts
• src/dailyTasks/enum/oldTaskNames.enum.ts
• src/__tests__/dailyTasks/dailyTasksStartupRefresh/startupRefresh.test.ts

Remove dependency to src/dailyTasks/dailyTasksStartupRefresh.service.ts in dailyTasks.module.ts.

Any additional info?

Remove the comments that are used to "remove" all the old tasks from serverTaskName.enum.ts and uiTaskName.enum.ts.
