- Move personal experiments to mini-projects/ (deepThinkCar_mini, casino_dealer with its runbook, dapier_sim_first) - Move ROS 2 practice workspaces to ros2-practice/ (ros_dd_ws, turtlebot3_ws, ros_arm, jdcobot100_sim with its Onshape export) - Move course learning code to coursework/ (so101_imitation_learning, so101, puppy) and project-planning/ to docs/planning/ - Remove the SWEEPICK code, CI and tooling now kept in Alpenj/sweepick; 2ARM_ROBOT/ keeps only moved notices so shared links still open - Update relative links, run paths and repository-root lookups for the new layout; links to SWEEPICK content point at Alpenj/sweepick - New README and an index page for each folder group Checked: Markdown links resolve (0 broken), dapier_sim_first tests pass (19) when run from mini-projects/. main requires the hardware-free-tests status check. The SWEEPICK workflows moved to Alpenj/sweepick, so this job now runs the tests that stay here: dapier_sim_first and CardBench unit tests, plus a Markdown link check that matches letter case like GitHub does.
