chore(website): upgrade to Astro 7

What changed

• upgrade Astro to 7.2.1, Starlight to 0.41.7, Cloudflare to 14.2.1, and compatible website dependencies to their latest stable releases
• move the toolchain to Node 24.19 and pnpm 11.21, with explicit native build approvals and a single Sharp 0.35.3 runtime
• migrate Starlight sidebars, Astro Zod imports, Mermaid/Sätteri handling, and Motion 13 option names
• preserve legacy HTML whitespace and unknown-route behavior; keep the existing SSR landing-page design
• remove only confirmed unused packages/styles and fix the docs favicon and deterministic Chinese quotation rendering

Depends on #22. This is the core Astro 7 layer of stack #25.

Verification

• Node 24.19 / pnpm 11.21 frozen install
• pnpm peers check; pnpm outdated --format json returned {}
• make docs-test: 77 HTML routes, Pagefind, sitemap, OG images, and six Mermaid pages
• wrangler deploy --dry-run
• dev-server and production-preview smoke tests for English/Chinese landing, docs, Mermaid, blog, OG, favicon, and 404 redirect behavior

The build retains one non-blocking warning for a dependency-generated chunk larger than 500 KiB.
