perf(website): disable unused Astro sessions

What changed

• explicitly disable unused Astro sessions
• prevent the Cloudflare adapter from provisioning a SESSION KV binding
• reduce the Worker by about 28 KiB raw / 7.3 KiB gzip without changing routes or page behavior

Depends on #23. This is the final performance layer of stack #25.

Verification

• make docs-test
• wrangler deploy --dry-run reports only the ASSETS binding
• production-preview smoke tests preserve all key routes and the existing 302 → /404 → 200 fallback
