Looks like CI passed so this is fine.
For posterity, from past experience: sometimes upgrading the JFrog actions library causes failures in CI/CD. Newer JFrog actions libraries pull down newer versions of the JFrog CLI, and the CLI can contain breaking changes that are incompatible with our zowe-actions libraries. Not the case here so we're good
