Not related to docs, but can we add the zowe ip address by default too?

technically it may be already part of the default, as mostly IP address is a manual setting where they add the IP to the externalDomains and/or listenAddress Zowe settings, which are already included in the default list.

If this new Security updates in Zowe v3.6.0 section is all about API ML, then I think it'd make more sense to nest it under the API Mediation Layer (API ML) header.
