• detect the incomplete Keycloak 20 CLIENT_ATTRIBUTES migration
• remove only the obsolete VALUE-based index and partial VALUE_NEW column
• let Keycloak retry its own Liquibase change and recreate the final index later

• rendered dev data-plane successfully parses
• extracted tidb-init-grants hook passes sh -n
• inspected the pinned Keycloak 26.2.5 changelog that owns the failing changeset
