std.time.timestamp does not exist in Zig 0.16. The README was fixed for this in nostr#91; the site kept the broken copy, so the first thing a newcomer copies fails on the first build. The sample now matches the README exactly. Also documents the eight switches, which shipped in Plaza v0.10.0 and are described nowhere on the site.

plaza.mdxgets a section for them, and the list of what is in Plaza today now names both the switches and places.
