docs: fix broken star history chart - #87

The star history chart is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch it to a working alternative that requires no API token and serves both the frontend and the SVG from the same domain. This restores the star trend visualization in README.md and README_zh.md.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because GitHub's stargazer API restricts the number of requests that can be made without an API token. This change points the chart to an alternative service that needs no token, so the star trend graph renders correctly again. The link and the SVG image in README.md and README_zh.md have been updated.
