mod support

add ability to autoinstall base mod support plugin on installation.
will allow drag and drog mod install on both pc and android hopefully.

Need to look into this more and ensure i'm not wasting time doing this.

actually probably good to add the "base" most common mod support. think the lutris does it so why not. will do it sometime

should offer base addon support and let users know how they can install things.

sorta but not much.

A user did inform me on reddit mod support was seamless as long as they set the working directory to the correct path

What would people want for this? Base solybum lua support like one of the lutris scripts does? and we just point them to the mod folder to add their own?
