Add Solarized Osaka Glass theme

Adds Solarized Osaka Glass, a transparent and blurred adaptation of
craftzdog's Solarized Osaka theme for Zed.

The theme differs from the existing Solarized Osaka extension by providing
a glass-style transparent UI and blurred background treatment.
