Support Hyprland 0.56

What

• use the fullscreen controller for fullscreen state and mode changes
• use window and monitor state queries for directional navigation
• use the pointer controller for cursor warping

Why

Hyprland 0.56 moved these operations out of CCompositor and removed fullscreen state from layout targets.
