Adds std.str.classify (comment-aware line classification returning lines, code, comments, blanks) with Rust + C twins, strict parity fixture, and docs.
Also fixes a latent AOT bug found while testing: both C backends capped native calls at 5 args — 6+ silently emitted zz_unit() (HIR backend) or errored (chunk backend). Adds zz_call_native6 and 6-arg arms in both.
Byte-oriented, ASCII-4 trim, mirrors split/trim/starts_with native semantics exactly.
