The server already implements textDocument/inlayHint, textDocument/references, and textDocument/documentHighlight, but never advertised inlay_hint_provider or references_provider — so editors gated on supports_method() (inlay auto-enable, gr references) never fired. Two capability lines + capability asserts.

The server already implements textDocument/inlayHint and textDocument/references, but never advertised the capabilities, so editors gating on supports_method() never enabled inlay hints or reference lookup. Two capability lines + asserts. Gates: zz_lsp 238 green, clippy zero, fmt clean. DO NOT MERGE until CI is green.
