The Linux x86 preflight runs both workspace Dylints and their fixtures once on ordinary PRs. Other native preflights retain their non-Dylint checks. The Dylint tool/target caches stay isolated and reusable. This repo intentionally does not use setup-soldr because soldr/zccache depend on running-process. Targeted CI contract test passed. The 6.0.1 UI fixture also corrects its Windows-only cfg so it does not misfire on other platforms.
