Release 4.10.15 for the merged OpenConsole ConPTY sidecar-host fix (#1222), needed by talos-hq/clud#1367 without a Git dependency.
Only version, lockfile, and changelog changes are included. Merging this release PR triggers public PyPI/crates.io publication via Auto Release.
