Closes #647. Part of #668.
Publish the embedded test child's JSON ready marker through a same-directory temporary file and
os.replace. The parent still waits for marker existence, which now means the complete payload is available to parse.Verification:
./lint, managedbosn run --task rust-test(includingshared_lease_spans_exec_and_releases_after_last_server_dies), and the local gate'srustandtestslanes passed on committed tree845f2fb4e597. Pre-pushclud-reviewwas clean.
