Bound cleanup reconciliation for unacknowledged Docker creates to the 30-second control deadline plus ten-minute grace. A fresh absent-container probe then finishes an old helper intent without fabricating an ID; engine retirement uses the same window and exact existing ownership gates. Startup durably starts the window once for legacy no-ID records and re-reads the updated snapshot before retirement. Suppress repeated deferral lines per intent and reason while the daemon runs.
RED → GREEN evidence: new managed tests first failed because old absent helpers and engines stayed unresolved. They now pass, including a restart-safe legacy marker test and repeated-pass log test.
./lint, strict Clippy, and managedbosn run --task rust-testpass. The local gate passedrustandtestson the final committed treef1afe912bc51.clud-reviewfound and then verified the fix for the stale startup snapshot.
