hw.physicalcpu; unknown topology or CPU quota falls back to half the available logical threads.bosn jobsandbosn ci doctor, including the 8-CPU default ceiling or[engine] cpussource.RED: the focused 8-physical/16-logical topology test failed before implementation. GREEN: isolated Rust suite passed before review fixes; review regression then passed in the local gate, which passed both rust and tests lanes on this tree.
./lintand strict Clippy passed. One/clud-reviewreviewer found two reporting accuracy issues; both were fixed and rechecked clear.
