- Move HTML templates from src/proxy/ to src/html/
- Add /tul_dl page: centered input box for URL proxy, mobile-friendly
- Rename /tuls to /tul_s: search UI with DuckDuckGo/Startpage selector
- Filter DDG tracking domains (improving/links/external-content) in api.rs
- Update index page (/): Tools section with links, split from CLI section
- Add tul_cv design proposal with WASM-based image/text tools plan
