Remove custom project palette overrides from README badges. Use Shields default dynamic badge colors and the existing standard platform colors: Windows blue, Linux yellow, Android green, and TypeScript blue. Keep the platform/tool icons and automatic CI status colors.

Verified all live SVG values and embedded logos; diff checks passed. Only badge URLs change.
