🎯 What: The testing gap addressed was the lack of coverage for various weekdays in the main logic of create_worklog.py.
πŸ“Š Coverage: Added 6 new test scenarios covering all days of the week (Mon-Sun) and a month-end transition case.
✨ Result: Increased confidence in the main weekday logic, ensuring worklogs are only created on the intended days (Tue, Wed, Thu) and correctly handle month-over-month transitions.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18071639130217944917 started by @yj9404

- Added test cases for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Verified that `create_page` is not called on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Verified that `create_page` is called with the correct Thursday date on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Added a month transition test case (Sep 30 to Oct 2).
- Improved `requests` mocking to handle `HTTPError` in environments without the library.
