Description
Steer alerted us that their points program is ending. This PR updates the copy on the Katana vault APY tooltips for vaults that were receiving Steer points.
I also noticed that the infinifi logo was still showing even though the yvUSD vault was not deployed to it. So this PR also fixes that and if the vault is not allocated to the strategy, it does not show that it is earning points.
Also fixed some misc. port issues with local builds.
