build(release): publish the Homebrew formula to the org tap - #99

The dot formula moves from the dedicated yaklabco/homebrew-dot tap into the organization-wide yaklabco/homebrew-tap that already serves the other yaklab tools, so one brew tap yaklabco/tap covers all of them. goreleaser now pushes Formula/dot.rb there, and the install and troubleshooting docs say brew tap yaklabco/tap.
