This PR introduces the
RLGeneratorgenerator class which deploys pre-trained RL algorithms on problems. This is connected to @Kishanrajput's implementation of an Gym-based evaluator class (which is also included in this PR, https://github.com/Kishanrajput/Xopt/blob/main/xopt/gym_evaluator.py). The PR also includes a basic example notebook and corresponding training script to solve the inverted pendulum problem.
