Brings in xopt>=3.0.0 support (PR xopt-org#247 et al.) plus 43 commits so Badger can share an env with the other xopt 3.x tools. Conflict resolutions: - core_subprocess.py: kept BOTH the cli-run _emit_live_log() helper (Otter live-log) and main's evaluate_measurement_with_retry() (retry dialog); both run-loop call sites preserved. - pydantic_editor.py resolve_qt(): kept cli-run's isinstance(annotation, BadgerResolvedType) guard (nested-subtype fix) and adopted main's 'widget: QWidget | None = None' (None-return contract).
