Что сделано
Подтянут Android dashboard layout для touch-friendly использования: убраны desktop-only controls в Android-ветке, увеличены touch-targets, мобильные блоки перестроены в вертикальные группы и карточная зона сделана скроллируемой без обрезаний.

Примечание
cargo apk build --features android-gui --target aarch64-linux-android --lib в этом окружении блокируется вне кода проекта: skia-bindings падает на сетевой загрузке зависимостей (curl 56/18 к GitHub/codeload) даже после исправления Python probe в PATH.
