Summary

Adds support for migrating sessions to and from Antigravity Desktop (antigravity-desktop).

  • Bidirectional migration: Reads and writes Antigravity Desktop SQLite conversation databases (conversations/<id>.db) and updates conversation_summaries.db.
  • Sidebar discovery: Registers sessions with project definitions and updates the hub summary cache (agyhub_summaries_proto.pb) so imported sessions show up in the Desktop UI sidebar.
  • Cross-platform: Resolves standard application and data paths on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
  • Pinned releases: Pins verified binary sizes and SHA-256 digests for macOS arm64, Linux x64, and Windows x64 (version 2.18.1).
  • Large session support: Increases max session size to 512 MB in both CLI and Desktop adapters.
  • Documentation: Adds docs/antigravity-desktop-format.md describing storage layout, SQLite tables, and wire mapping.

Validation

  • Tested with uv run ruff check . and uv run ruff format --check . (clean across all files).
  • Full test suite passes: 1,528 passed, 55 skipped (vendor binary gates).
  • Native test verified against the official macOS language server via Connect-RPC (GetCascadeTrajectorySteps).
  • Real-world migration verified: transferred an active 256-step ESPHome voice satellite session from Antigravity CLI to Antigravity Desktop.

- add bidirectional format adapter for Antigravity Desktop (antigravity-desktop)
- support reading and writing SQLite conversation databases, conversation_summaries.db, and agyhub_summaries_proto.pb
- handle both 19-column and 21-column schemas (with raw_summary, group_id) in conversation_summaries.db
- support up to 512 MB native sessions in Antigravity CLI and Desktop
- auto-register projects in app_storage.json and ~/.gemini/config/projects/ when installing desktop sessions
- document the desktop storage architecture in docs/antigravity-desktop-interoperability.md
- add comprehensive unit tests and native language server verification
…tform guards

- add default_language_server_path() supporting darwin, linux, and win32
- add electron_user_data_dir() resolving app_storage.json on macOS, Linux (XDG), and Windows (APPDATA)
- update verify_pinned_desktop() with clear platform diagnostics and unvalidated bypass for Linux/Windows
- document platform support status in docs/antigravity-desktop-interoperability.md
- add platform resolution tests across macOS, Linux, and Windows
…, and Windows

- add verified binary sizes and SHA-256 digests for Linux x64 and Windows x64
- implement PINNED_DESKTOP_SPECS table validating binaries against platform-specific digests
- enhance Linux search order (PATH launcher, /opt, ~/.local/share) and Windows case-insensitivity
- update documentation with complete multi-platform installer matrix
…tion arguments

- rename docs/antigravity-desktop-interoperability.md to docs/antigravity-desktop-format.md to match repository naming convention
- update invocation flags and arguments to reflect verified package launcher details
- update reference in CHANGELOG.md

Reviewed head 0554dcdfac70fb0bee6b5e7902f8a3d46e48d180 adversarially. The isolated Linux Python 3.11 suite passes (1,530 passed, 56 skipped), but this is not ready to merge:

  1. [P1] Restore the public dependency registry (uv.lock, beginning at line 9). All locked packages are changed from PyPI to http://proxpi.flanopticon.lan/index/. A public checkout and our uv sync --locked CI now depend on a private LAN hostname. This unrelated environment-specific rewrite must be removed; I tested with preinstalled, trusted dependencies, so passing pytest does not validate this lockfile.
  2. [P1] Require binary verification before private-store installation (antigravity_desktop.install_database, lines 496–498). The normal import path only verifies when target_cli is supplied or SESSION_MIGRATE_VERIFY_DESKTOP_BIN=1. I replaced verify_pinned_desktop with a function that always raises and called installation with default arguments: the database and summary were still installed successfully. The existing CLI installer always verifies. Automatic private-store mutation must reject a missing/mismatched binary by default; keep explicitly unvalidated experimentation separate from normal import.
  3. [P2] Make native support claims match executable coverage (tests/test_antigravity_desktop_native.py, lines 18–34). The only native oracle skips on Linux/Windows and even skips a mismatched installed binary. On Linux all new desktop native coverage was skipped. Add an exact-client gate that fails rather than skips when selected in CI, plus source/target route coverage and checked-in sanitized native source evidence. The existing route/corpus tests still cover the old CLI formats, not this added format.

The docs also claim installation synchronizes agyhub_summaries_proto.pb and project association, but install_database only writes the conversation DB and SQLite summary. Please either implement and verify the described behavior or narrow that claim.

This project currently supports terminal harnesses. Please open a Discussion about Desktop scope before expanding the core adapter matrix. The issues above are technical findings, not an inference about how the code was authored.

…lockfile

- Restore public PyPI registry sources in uv.lock
- Require binary verification by default in install_database with explicit verify_binary bypass flag
- Add exact-client CI gate that fails rather than skips when selected in CI in test_antigravity_desktop_native.py
- Add sanitized native source fixture and full 19x19 source/target route matrix coverage
- Accurately narrow doc and changelog claims regarding agyhub_summaries_proto.pb and project discovery

@xhluca Thanks for the detailed review! All feedback has been addressed in commit edde43c (restored public lockfile, made binary verification required by default, updated exact-client CI gate, and narrowed documentation/changelog claims). All tests pass locally and CI checks are green. Ready for another look whenever you get a chance!
