Please support newer OpenCode 1.x versions (1.19.x) #22

Please add support for newer OpenCode 1.x releases.
I tried migrating an OpenCode session to Copilot with smigrate 0.12.0 and my installed opencode 1.19.4, and it failed with:
session-migrate: error: OpenCode source CLI version mismatch: expected 1.17.20 or supported 2.0.x, observed 1.19.4
OpenCode still ships 1.x releases, so anyone on a current 1.x can't use OpenCode as a source without pinning an old binary. It reads like OpenCode 1.x is still maintained, so it would help if the adapter accepted the rest of the 1.x line, or at least the recent versions.

Draft PR open: #23
One design question before I mark it ready: the PR moves the accepted floor from exactly 1.17.20 to any 1.19+ 1.x release, which rejects 1.17.20 and 1.18.x. I read the existing strict single-pin approach as intentional, so I kept a floor rather than a wider window. If you would rather keep 1.17.20 accepted alongside newer 1.x, say so and I will rebase the PR.
