….09.06) The pinned SHA c6f4886 predates two fixes: rules/*.md -> *.mdc (so Open Plugins component detection sees the ground rules) and the skill sync that brings bo-fleet-member/bo-coach/bo-heartbeat up to kit_version 2026.09.06. Merging the old pin would have published a snapshot missing both. generate-plugin-index.py --check failed on the previous commit: the index is a generated artifact and the repin changed the SHA it records. Caught by running the repo's own check, not by review.
