Publish multilingual TGE documentation update

What

• Restructure the EN/JA/KO docs navigation for TGE readiness and remove placeholder Build/token pages.
• Add localized Announcements with the current XAGT allocation and vesting schedule, plus canonical redirects and security pages.
• Publish the official English Brand & Media Kit with logo assets and social banner, and add localized Telegram contact links.

Why

Provide a stable public announcement channel for information that may be updated before TGE while keeping the Litepaper stable.
