Overview

Added a new imports.scan option to allow disabling WXT's default auto-import directories (components, composables, hooks, utils) while keeping library/preset imports active.

1. Default (scan: true): Keeps default directories and extends them with custom dirs.
2. scan: false: Disables default directory scanning.
3. scan: false + dirs: [...]: Replaces default directories with custom ones instead of extending them.
