provio log --json prints one JSON object per session (JSON Lines), with the same fields as the table: session_id, records, denied and approved_by_human. JSON Lines streams well into jq -c and needs no wrapping array. The default table output stays the same, and a missing ledger fails the same way with or without --json.

Adds integration tests in crates/provio-cli/tests/log_json.rs that drive the real binary through provio check --format codex.
