Cleaning up paper trail history.

• removing duplicates (many times couple same versions created due to error or autosave)
• merging create and update events that are close to each other, that also due to some error or callback chains
• removing geojson properites and not track all geojson properties changes as it should only track geometry change
• remove not tracked fields from history
