Add Atlas Cloud (https://www.atlascloud.ai), an OpenAI-compatible gateway, as a named API-key preset next to the other aggregator gateways such as Novita AI and AI/ML API. - providerPresets.json: new `atlascloud` preset (openai_chat, https://api.atlascloud.ai/v1) with DeepSeek V4 defaults and a few suggested models; the rest is available through model discovery. - Register the id in the aggregator/gateway catalog, local-provider and local-model-performance lists, and add a monogram identity (no brand icon asset is bundled). - Update the provider preset and catalog tests for the new count.
