Completes the WindStack SDK 1.0 release hardening across cryptography, ABI serialization, RPC, contracts, account operations, transactions, signing requests, wallet sessions, Vexanium provider integration, EVM, and Solana packages.
The release adds production Vexanium ABI validation, live read-only chain verification, protocol and regression tests, deterministic package metadata, dependency checks, package-content validation, and continuous integration. The resulting package set is aligned to version 1.0.0 and prepared for a coordinated public release.
