Introduces the first-generation WindStack Antelope package family for Vexanium applications, including cryptography, ABI serialization, RPC access, contract helpers, account operations, transaction signing, and session orchestration.
The implementation uses TypeScript, ESM, Web-standard runtime primitives, Noble cryptography, strict package boundaries, automated tests, and continuous integration. Public package metadata and documentation credit Gilang Ramadan and PT WIND KRIPTOGRAFI TEKNOLOGI under the MIT License.
