Updating analysis_coefficients.py to make it usable across both Dezfouli and Eckstein-style datasets, we just need to choose, eg:

discrete analysis (e.g. diagnosis groups -> odds ratios)
continuous analysis (e.g. age ->logistic regression effect beta)
