Set the identity column for cockroachdb
Added cockroachdb migrator and model Added extra checks to check for cockroachdb
Fixed test case for cockroachdb in sqlSpec.cfc. Added cockroachdb configuration to compose.yml. Added datasource configuration for cockroachdb in all the cfengines. Added two scripts init.sql and start.sql to make necessary configuration in the cockroachdb container. Added cockroachdb to the test suite in tests.yml.
Updated the server.json to include libdir path. Updated the Base.cfc and CockroachDBModel.cfc to handle returning id from cockroachdb in adobe and lucee
