Show `(agents-workspace)` instead of `(feature N)`, drop `[slug-hook]` prefixes from hook log bodies, and apply the same StatusPrinter item pattern to all lifecycle Commands. README tests badge 842+ → 843+.

Feature lifecycle hooks print the feature name instead of
