There was a problem hiding this comment.
We're currently storing our localization caches in /tmp/mw-cache, so by using run to start a new container, we don't actually refresh the cache for any containers that are already running. That's why I originally opted to use exec instead. When starting the stack, the caches will be rebuilt anyway if you use --build as documented above.
