One statement can stamp the stored blobs of a build request manifest. One commit for each blob can go unused in the process. Default values from the module can include
zstdWAL compression, 64MB WAL buffers, a 15 minute checkpoint interval and asynchronous commits. A dedicated Nix store image can go to the standalone VM. This change can remove the virtiofsd file descriptor limit during evaluations.
