Sets the version to 0.13.0 (
Cargo.toml,Cargo.lock, andengineVersionof the Swift engine). The internal requirements of the MIT crates move to 0.13.0 too.0.13.0 is the first release with the engine file for Intel Macs (
sayso-engine-0.13.0-macos-x86_64.tar.gz, #54), and the first with the engine featuredetected_languageand segment times for Whisper on Linux (#57).There is no
release-notes.tomlentry: no change since 0.12.0 is visible in the app, so the release shows no "What is new" window.Checked on macOS:
