• Architected a production monorepo powering dynamic template provisioning and multi-tenant chat, enforcing tenant data isolation at the application layer across all services
• Designed resilient Stripe webhook processing and revenue reconciliation pipelines on Redis-backed BullMQ job queues — handling retries, idempotency, and dead-letter queues for failed events
