The data is from a public dataset called ADNI (http://adni.loni.usc.edu/). The model input image is actually being preprocessed by using registration (details can be found in our report). Due to the github uploading limitation, we cannot upload the whole dataset to this repo. You need to download and preprocess it by yourself.

Hi @Hannah-Yao, unfortunately, Google Cloud has deleted my VM (since it's been 2 yrs...). So the preprocessed data is gone... And my teammate also removed it from his computer. Sorry for that...For preprocessing, you may read our report to find out the details. You may do the preprocessing by yourself. Thanks!
