Detect WSL and try wslview -> cmd.exe -> xdg-open. Catch the spawn 'error' event so a missing opener prints a manual-visit hint instead of crashing the wizard (and killing the running server) with an unhandled ENOENT from spawn xdg-open. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
