This was requested on whatwg/html#4893 but we need to wait for the HTML change.

Was this merge really intended? https://w3c.github.io/mathml-core/#dom-and-javascript now links to https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#htmlorforeignelement which isn't there, since whatwg/html#5248 is still open.
